The medicine wheel, a symbol used by indigenous people throughout America, represents the four cardinal directions, East, South, West, and North. The fifth direction is the Sky above, and the sixth is Earth below. The seventh direction is the within, the human.
By going within, we find all we need to heal and thrive.

Philosophy: Throughout my healing journey and many years of teaching, coaching, and mentoring, a common theme I have witnessed is how limiting beliefs keep us from living authentic lives. These beliefs are often unconscious shadow beliefs that impact our behavior. Once we become aware of these beliefs and behaviors, we can integrate them into our lives and live more authentically.
Having experienced childhood trauma and lifelong depression, I'm aware that, as children, we adopt behaviors to survive. However, as adults, those behaviors no longer serve us and can impede our ability to manifest our authentic selves. I have dedicated much of my life to understanding and healing old wounds and developing the skills to manifest the life I want to live. I have learned much and have used those tools to support others in their journey to wholeness. Paying forward what I have been gifted adds meaning to the adversity I have experienced and richness to my life.
