For many boys and men, life has gotten more complicated as we attempt to navigate a changing world. At times, we are left behind in the process of lifting others. Patriarchy has not served us well. As boys, we are taught to suck it up and be a man, to pick ourselves up by our bootstraps, that emotions are a sign of weakness. Many feel isolated because they have been too busy doing rather than being, serving others rather than caring for themselves. This five-hour forum/workshop will examine how limiting beliefs and shadow behavior disempower and limit us from living an authentic life. Through various modalities, we will explore inner landscapes and develop a plan to help you become the man you want to be.
